Guidelines for Paper and Poster Presentation

• Each presentation will be 8 minutes: 5 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for discussion. If you need more time for discussion, please finish presenting earlier.
• ⁠Only the presenting author may respond to questions.

Presenters are advised to take note of the following:

• Stick to the point.
• Long-winded introductions and literature reviews are unnecessary.
• Concentrate on the data being presented and their interpretation.
• Note down questions on a writing pad to ensure all queries are addressed.
• All oral presentations must be in PowerPoint format and should be loaded in the respective halls beforehand.
• Personal laptops are not allowed for presentations.

• Presentation date: 11.4.25
• Time slots: 
• 8 to 9.30 am - JISPH 4th floor & MPH 1st floor
• 4 to 5.30 pm - JISPH 4th floor

• The poster board size is 3 feet tall and 4 feet wide. Posters should be in LANDSCAPE layout. DO NOT make posters in portrait mode.
• Tacks, pins, and tapes will be available for fixing posters. Please carry any special materials you may require.
• You are encouraged to spend as much time as possible by your poster to encourage interaction.

• Presentation date: 12.4.2025
• Presentation time slot: 8.30 to 11 AM
• Posters will be judged between 9 to 10 AM
